Who are your customers? Why are they important? What is good customer care?
How do you deal with difficult situations? Do you want to develop a good reputation?
Do you want to provide excellent customer service?
If your organisation needs to improve it's service and develop a good reputation then this course is for you.
By the end of this session participants will:
- have recognised who our customers are
- have explored what we mean by customer care
- have identified potential difficult customer situations
- have devised strategies for dealing with challenging customers
- have considered how customer care can be improved in our organisation
Refreshments will be provided.
Disabled access is available as well as free parking. Buses 9 and 9a will take you to the Doddridge Centre from bay 13 at the bus station in the town.

Northampton Volunteering Centre (NVC) is an independent charitable company which supports individuals to volunteer and voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations in Northampton.
In terms of volunteering, NVC supports individuals to find opportunities well matched to their requirements and to the needs of the organisation looking for help.
NVC helps to develop VCS organisations by offering funding advice, policy documents and training which can include signposting to organisations with particular expertise. NVC can help provide volunteers and facilitate forums and networking.
NVC is the Local Support and Development Organisation for Northampton and NVC Northants (part of NVC) is the Countywide Support and Development Organisation for Northamptonshire.
